After meticulous calculation and repeated tests, Hanci has made success in producing ultra-high stress tempered glass. Being quenched by fan only, the surface compressive stress of 6mm reaches 200MPa while that of 5mm is checked to be 165MPa. 6mm samples were certified to be 1.5 hours fire resisting.

The measured power consumption of 6mm fire regarding glass is 4.6kwh/m2 which is just a fraction of the average level of similar production, making it a perfect demonstration of Hanci’s tempering energy saving technology.
